After we apply a cleaner to attack the toughest soils, we use one of the most powerful and State-of-the-Art truck mounted steam cleaning systems. This technology utilizes the power of super heated steam temperatures up-to 240 degrees to penetrate pores of grout and disinfect surfaces killing 99.99% of harmful bacteria.

PENETRATING SEALER

Our Porous Plus Penetrating Sealer  is designed to seal and protect grout and porous surfaces. Porous Plus forms an invisible, natural looking protective barrier that resists spills, permanent stains, oil and grease  with advanced non-slip protection. It also makes certain that future tile and grout cleanings produce the best possible results!

COLOR SEALANT

When grout is discolored and stained and even the best technology and chemicals can’t reverse the discoloration, we apply a Grout Color Sealant. Our exclusive color seal contains urethane and concrete hardening agents for extreme durability and restores uniform color. This product contains constant acting milicides that provide a sanitary and waterproof surface for years.
